Essential oils, gathered from plants and trees, were considered a treasure in biblical times. They were used for sacred annointing, cleansing, skin care, perfume, incense and much more. Essential oils have enhanced lives for thousands of years. 

I think of them as a gift from God, through the plants and trees of nature. 

One of my favorite uses is to diffuse the oils into the air. My husband is allergic to scented candles, but not the oil fragrances. I like diffusing pure natural essences into the air, for lovely scents! I like Lavender for relaxing, and citrus fresh blend for uplifting. Our modern day form of incense.
